RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Amira Jewel Store purchase, please contact Customer Support by emailing us at  info@amirajewelstore.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

A Return & Refund is only accepted in certain conditions:

1) The jewelry was received damaged (Picture proofs required), the complain must be submitted within 24hours of the delivery.

2) The Jewelry received was not the jewelry ordered, (Picture proofs required), the complain must be submitted within 24hours of the delivery.

Note: If you believe an exception should be made for a special case, then please contact us at  info@amirajewelstore.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Note: All jewelry must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
Our orders enter the processing phase the same day they are placed and dispatched soon after. Hence, it is advised to email us regarding your cancellation within 24hours of placing an order.
